Flours of Perciasacchi
durum wheat and chickpeas

The flours come from about 2ha of land cultivated with Perciasacchi wheat and as many cultivated with sultan variety chickpeas.
A third field is cultivated with fallow and guarantees the rotation of the land.
We are supported by a mill in Castelvetrano for stone milling and we produce a single 1kg format.
